One thing I've noticed on this forum is that a large quantity of posts in this section (West Coast) keep going on about how the west isn't what it used to be, how west coast gets no support, rap died when Pac died, and loads of bullshit like this. Peep Outbound and you hardly get any of that type of shit, everyone just posts about what they think is dope and not.

How did hiphop/rap die, when Kanye West, Twista and Royce da 5'9'' just dropped banging hiphop albums ?

The more I look @ the Westcoast section, the more I believe that the West is dying.
And once someone from the Westcoast makes a buzz for himself, the hate starts.
With all The Game hating threads lately, you know he's doing something right, he'll probably move to N.Y. soon, doesn't seem like a bad idea.

Just buy/download the dope music that is still coming out if you look below the surface, and plug the gaps in your collection of the older stuff, and stop complaining bout the lack of dopeness/recognition these days. You know you are totally right.  I'll be the first to admit, I have been super negative the past year on this forum.  I guess it cause I luv rap so much, and I just feel so dissapointed with it lately.  but being negative does nothing good for it.  I'll try and be more positive n the future.

u know i was jus gon say the same ting, finally someon new from the west is gettin exposure, and he still reppin the west and now cats got something new to hate on about him......now its his accent, if it aint that, it'l be the colour garms he pullin on, so n so.........no ones sayin game is anything near he best from the west, he might jus be the tip of a muthafuckin iceberg, but atleast from him gettin exposure, cats from the west will get checked abit mo and new cats will be more motivated to try n come through.....and some of these label bitches might giv some deals to west cats if game sells
