Xzibit getting his own MTV show

Xzibit will be hosting a new MTV show called “Pimp My Ride,” which is described as a cross between "Monster Garage," "Cribs" and "The Real World," takes "automotively challenged fans" and turns their vehicles into masterpieces.

X will find a kid driving a car worth between $500 and $900 and take him to West Coast Customs where they will put in some $20,000 to $30,000 in custom additions.

I’m not gonna front like I wouldn’t take a car that jacked up, but wouldn’t it be a bit more constructive to drop 20 or 30 g’s in the kids college fund instead of his car?

i saw pimp my ride last night, and i also saw the HD version of "ride" f/ xzibit also, but the HD version was so much better, the cars were flat out insane, they were fuckin with an enzo ferrarri and shit and were going to be the first to ever customze one, nad they completely customized some guys h2, it was so nuts. and they also showed clips from the cema car show.

nah, that show was fuckin hot, they turned that piece of shit van into a hot ride.  I wish I had my 87 Tempo, so that I could be on that show and have them put $20,000 - $30,000 into it

damn..no offense 2 those ppl...but why put 20-30gz on a broke ass ride instead of just using that money n get a new car........the way i see it....once a broke ass ride, always a broke ass ride...no matter how many gidgets n gadgets u put on dat ride, i rather drive a brand new lexus then a hooked up van.....just my 2 cents
