Adventure games are a dying breed, but I still play this one - Grim Fandango. It's just amazing. The story's better than a lot of movies they've put out in the last 10 years and the game is full of character - the music, the voice acting, the characters themselves, the environments... They've used mexican folklore & art as the basic look for the game. It's simply fantastic. It's only like $10 these days. Or at least download it.
