Sad Day: I'm to the point I'm not even gonna download it.  The quality has fallen off so much, I'm not even intriqued.

Shit, I WAS pleasantly surprised by this one - especially since we have had some very wack ''...Chuuch'' mixtapes in the past. The Daz & Soopafly tracks are nice, but the main reason (in my opinion anyway) to check this one out is ''Flashback Bounce'' by Snoop and, get this, produced by Warren G! Warren brings a really dope instrumental (as usual) and Snoop even flows decent. I am definately feeling that particular track. Now if only Snoop would actually let him produce some tracks for 213... Oh yeah, and ''Soul Plane'' by Snoop and Latoiya is really funky - but what do you expect when its produced by Battlecat? My thoughts are that this is one of the better ''...Chuuch'' mixtapes in the series, although still not touching the original Volumes 1 & 2. At least give it a try and download it.

Here's a link to the WCRydaz forum page where you can grab ''Welcome 2 Tha Chuuch, Vol. 7''. Sign up, download and drop some thanks to pimpinjay in that forum for hooking it up! No post limit on downloading either, so you can get it right away once you have joined.

Tha dope joints on this installment of ""welcome 2 the chuuch" are:

Snoop Dogg & Latoiya Willams - soul plane(g mix): battlecat laced a funky beat and latoiya can sing DAMN! When is goin to really come out large , i remember her single "falling starr" and thats all she did.

Soopafly & Daz - Start Pimping: Soopafly laced a crazy beat and daz and soopafly came correct on this track

Suga Free - Warn Ya: damn his album is gonna be sick, and it sounds like dj quik is coming with some SUPER heat on the production side.

LaToiya Willams - All 4 you: classic r&b right here, very powerful music no doubt.

Suga Free - C The Light:pretty much this track is"why u bullshitting" part 2, dj quik came again wit a funky revised version of why u bullshitting

Yup, I love that beat. Warren did a good job...but it seriously annoys me that Snoop would give Warren major props on that track (''DJ Warren G, you did it again!'') and, if the rumours prove to be correct, not let him produce a SINGLE track for 213! If he was going to keep coming up with nice beats like the ''Flashback Bounce'' one (seeing as its Warren, its definately possible) why would Snoop or the record execs want anyone else to produce the CD?? I mean, Warren may not have the most successful commercial career ever but I am sure that he is ''marketable'' - the whole world and their mother (okay that's a slight exaggeration) knows ''Regulate'' and he's been on top record labels like Def Jam. I'm confident that in a lot of rap fans eyes he's proven himself as a star in his own right...so let him provide the instrumentals! >:( I guess the best way of looking at it is like this: Warren is the original 213 producer with a career spanning a decade and a strong fan base. Why would anyone wish to replace him with young upstarts like The Neptunes who in no way would appear to ''fit'' 213's sound. Yeah they sell records but I thought 213 was supposed to be about the fans and I'm pretty sure that the majority, if not all, of the fans favour Warren over ANY other producer for this project.
