a drive is often very partitioned, when you remove a theres empty places/spaces everywere, the chance that the computer will overwrite the recently deleted part is little, but yes, it do exist. basically, if a disk is full, its difficult to get it back, but in AlerG's case, it wasn't, in his case, files had been removed. If he's not a downloader-freak, the chance that his files still exists are still huge.
