This kid looks under-developed to me...look at his torso compared to his arms and legs.  This has gotta be somewhere in Africa...

Things are worse in Iraq?  I know it's pretty fucked over there, but African countries and villages like this are FAR worse off.  Some of the shit that happens in Africa makes me glad I'm far, far away.  Nearly 2/3 of all Africans have AIDS (b/c IMO the dumb Africans won't wear a fucking condom), girls are forced to marry and give birth at around age 15 in many villages...shit is FUCKED UP over there.  Be happy you all live where you do...America, Canada, Britain, Germany...we're ALOT better off.

The HIV virus is capable of going through condoms because of it's small size. Condoms would probably help, but definitely isn't a problem solver.

Did I say the words "Too Dumb"?  No...I said "dumb Africans"...there is a difference.  They won't wear condoms because they don't want to, so they spread the disease more and more...thats just plain DUMB.  Don't put extra words in my statements, soccer-bitch.

Actually, there does exist many cultural taboos re: condom use in african countries, and there still exists damaging myths regarding AIDS, as well as really hazardous lifestyle decisions made by African men; This shouldnt by any means dismiss AIDS in Africa or condemn the Africans to be at fault, just put things in perspective.
