hell yeah i remember this video!!!! its hard to say if it was released before pac died or not... i know it was released at the beginning of my sophomore year...which puts it at late summer early fall in 96.  Weren't they all sitting around a table smokin cigars and shit?  And for some reason i'm thinking everything had like a green light shining on it? The beat was crazy as hell.  That siren sound in it kinda remiinds me of some Rockwilder shit.  I need to hear this again - Nas and KRS on the track? shit was crazy. B Real was tight, but I can't say that RBX's verse sticks out in my mind...

No, that line has nothing to do with Pac. 

The "Illuminati" is the world's richest 1%'s move towards a "New World Order", where they can control almost everything you hear, see and do.  George Bush Senior was even caught in a speach once saying, "New World Order".  It's about a fraternal order (Free Masonry) that behind closed doors, and sometimes even in the open, is seeking global domination.  The wealthiest 1% is richer than the following 95%.  They already own almost all major media, and have worked to consolidate it, so you can put 5 people in a room and they can control most of what you hear and see and dictate policy.  Read Jordan Maxwell if you want to learn more. 

There's also a line in "East Coast Killa/ West Coast Killa" where a loud speaker effect is used and it says "Welcome to the New World Order, all constitutional rights have been suspended!". 

Basically, Dre's just saying that he's trying to get as much paper as he can before the "Illuminati" (New World Order) declares martial law and creates a police state. 

In the "East Coast Killa/ West Coast Killa" video, I only saw it once, but I think the theme has something to do with everyone being trapped in a police state, and trying to break out of the grip of the "Illuminati".

Really, the whole "Illuminati, New World Order" thang seemed to be part of their theme for the album.  There's another real dope track on there by Nationowl that also goes with the theme of being in the "last days" and trying to make a little dough before the oppurtunity is over.

First I want to say, that for those claiming to be Dre fans, this is Dre's most sincere album.  "Aftermath Presents" is Dre at his realest!!! For real.  If you want to know Dre, this is his album.  The album that most closely resembles who he is as a person.  Anyone that read the Source issue with him on the cover from summer 96 knows this.  He wanted to stand up and do his own thing and he didn't care what anybody in the industry had to say about him.  What happened was the album flopped commercially, so he went back to being fake and acting gangsta, so he could be on top again.
