I hope nobody is surprised by this.  If you are, you are in serious denial.  Snoop is gonna ride out this thing with the neptunes until they are no longer relevant - which is not far away considering how quiet they have been in the last 6 months - 1 year.  He's got an ego problem in that he wants to prove that he doesn't need Dre, so he's not gonna reach out to him anytime soon. To me, Snoop is nothing more than a generic rapper that is using whoever is hot to sell records.  He disses the radio stations in NY for not playing west coast music, but the shit he releases nowadays isn't west coast.  Snoop is not about quality music, he is about putting his name on anything that is gonna make him money. And I don't knock a man for making money, but I do knock him for exploiting his die hard fans that keep hoping for the next Doggystyle. And I quit being a die hard snoop fan years ago when I came to that realization. 

I mean, after 10 plus years, we finally get a 213 album!!! But let me get this straight, NO WARREN G PRODUCTION!?!? WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!!!.  We get the neptunes and kanye and i'm sure timbaland.  Not that I don't like these producers, but if this is gonna be a 213 album - snoop should rap, nate should sing, and WARREN G SHOULD PRODUCE. Fuck snoop for doing that. If there was one person that i would want to boot from 213, it is undoubtedly snoop. 

I remember an interview with snoop in 93 and they were askin about the crossover of gangsta rap and he said "We're not crossing over to the mainstream, the mainstream is crossing over to us" Snoop has now gone completely against that ideology, and he ain't gonna change anytime soon.
