I can't wait to see this movie tonight. Michael Mann is a great director (He directed Heat) and you got two great actors in Foxx and Cruise. The plot looks awesome too.

I've been waiting for this movie since the trailers came out in late May

Incredible movie. I recommend it to anyone. You won't be disappointed. Tom Cruise should play villains more often.

So no one's seen it yet? lol

People run like hell to see Anchorman and Dodgeball, but the real good movies are the ones no one goes to see.

I saw it tonight, I'm proud of Jamie Foxx for making the switch to a serious acting role so well.  Tom Cruise was of course great like he always is.  I just wish I hadn't been exposed to the plot in the trailer, there would have been 1 big huge "OH SHIT" moment if i hadn't, but oh well.  Good movie, didn't like the ending, though.

The ending was pretty weak. The whole tie in from the first conversation with Cruise and Foxx didn't really work either.

* SPOILER

If It was me, I would have made the end like this.  They're crawling around in the dark room, Max comes up, says "Leave her alone", Vincent turns around, puts two in Max's chest, one in his head, then does the same to the girl, the music ends with a symphonic string Crescendo into some upbeat musical composition, and Vincent almost immedately walks off screen with everything going black.  Roll Credits.

Lol, that would have never flyed with the studio, and that seems pretty cold too.  I didn't like the ending like that either, if it were me I would have had em both die in that car crash and end it right there.  It just seems too happy that everything turned out nicely at the end.  Jamie Foxx shoulda died too.  Like, I got caught completely off guard when the cop that was tryin to save Max got killed, and I love moments like that in movies.  But anyways, I loved the movie as a whole.
