ImO
It's a tight Cd....
Trust me homies, u have to use your own judgement on this one....and try it for yourself instead of letting peep's push u into liking or/disliking it.

For the Kiddies...Eminem Has a track on this one that will absolutly blow your mind away!!!!!!
His awsome jaw dropping lyrics will make you say WHOA!!
He goes at it again in typical Comedy Eminem fashion by rippin' at heavyweight's such as Moby, Jd & Kriss Kross just to name a few. His production is top knotch and has many saying....Dre WHo!! (Although this track is very reminicent of every song On The Eminem Show)
If you copp one lp this year.....after you buy your third copy of "The Eminem Show" be sure to support the other artist on Aftermath.. ;D

But fo real...ImO
It's got a lot of shitt on here that will make u press rewind and listen to it again, cause this Cd seem's to get better after every spin.
The bonus Cd has some tight song's on there that make u wonder why the fuck they left "My Name" & "Bk to LA" on there instead :P.
Other than those dissapointing track's, it pretty much give's u Xzibit doing his thing.

Wow, what the fuck are you guys expecting from X anyway? IMO, this album is pretty good... Restless was better, but MvsM got some tite singles (Multiply, My Name, Heart Of man, Where It Hurts).
Sure, this CD definitely ain't livin up to what X said (this is his best CD yet apparently)... I never felt his first 2 CDs, so Restless is still my fav.

Another thing though... to me, this CD didn't live up to Restless also because back then, I considered X to be a str8 gangsta, and his lyrics used to blow me away, cause I felt they were real. Now that I know X is a str8 bitch, and knowing all the bullshit he's spittin in this CD, I wasn't able to feel him on a personal level, ya feel me? I hope my shit is makin sense here.

I stayed away from every MVM thread and the temptation of that whole album just waiting in mIRC.  I only listened to "Multiply" so I could listen to every song for the first time on the first listen of the album.

Went to the store to pick it up.  And it turns out it's getting released OCT 8! (Canada)

So I said fuck it.  And downloading it.

And now I decided to pick one of the 126 threads about this topic to respond to.  First of, for those who picked this up from the store, what's this CD#2 nonsense?  Did the album come with a "bonus" CD that they decided to put the Primo and Rockwilder tracks on it?  That is stupid.

Now I heard the rumors about the album being a letdown.  And after two listens I'm not too happy.  But this sure sounds like an album that will grow on you and i'll probably end up giving it a 8/10.

Also, what's with these fucking skits, I couldn't even listen to the last one the whole way thru the first time.  Skits are pointless and just become fast-forward material after one listen.

P.S.  I loved Restless, only 2 of 16 I didn't like that much.  I think it is a banging album.

TIP: Never take any pre-album hype ("I'm taking this to the next level", "This is going to be my best album yet") seriously, it happends all the time and then they make an excuse after it's released if it's a disappointment.

I listened to the first two tracks (Release date, Symphony in X major) and I was like, "Damn, this is gonna be a tight CD!"  Was I wrong.....Of course there's a couple other bangers (My name, Multiply), but overall this album is a HUGE disappointment to me.

After listening through the album once...

Something is definitley missing.  I don't know what it is yet.

I don't think the beats are as tight as "Restless."  Dre wasn't tight on this one like he was on the last one.  "Say My Name" is better than "Don't Approach Me," but "Front 2 Back" is better than "Release Date."  "Symphony In X Major" has a wack chorus.

Good thing Battlecat or Quik are not on this album cause they do not go with X's style.

I'm not sure @ the moment...but this album is just like what I expected..."Restless Part II."   :-/
