What up ya'll, i've been crazy busy getting back into the teaching thing after a summer off of lounging, listening to a lot of dope songs lately.


1.  Why Remix- Jada f Nas common and Styles ( kills the original bacause Jada's gay ass laugh isnt at the start of the song, and because nas and Common especially rip the shit out of their verses)

2.  Judement Day- Xzibit  ( better than every single song off MVM, this gives me renewed hopes for the album after that garbage ass song with Pastor Troy)

3.  Westside Story-  Game ft 50 Cent (hadnt really been into that gangster type shit lately, but if this is typical of Game's album i may buy it........simple ass song but has really grown on me)

4.  Beauty in the Dark-  Mos Def (over an Isley Bros sample Mos Def sings a love song here......and it actually is dope.  He is one of the few rappers who can actually sing and sound dope)

5.  Gone But not Forgotten- TQ (kind of slow, but one of my fav's off the advance)

6.  Legendary Life-  Bad Azz ft Kokane (production is crazy, Bad azz kills it, and Kokane isnt annoying as usual, mainly because e isnt all over all DPG related songs anymore)

B Boy Stance-  K-OS (one of the more unique songs from one of hiphop's most talented individuals who most of ya'll would probably never give a chance)


Waiting FOr you- Consequence, John Legend, Miri (dope production from kanye, feeling this in a major way)

213 album.............i now like the whole album with the exception of the horrible Gangsta Clicc song.......while this album is disappointing because of what it could've been, we should concentrate on what it is- the best COMMERCIAL westcoast album of the year, by far.

TQ - Fly -> Great music, great lyrics, great song.

TQ - Gone But Not Forgotten -> Dedicated to artists like Kurt Cobain, Billie Holiday, Tupac, Jimmy Hendrix, Marvin Gaye and Aaliyah. This is probably my favorite track off Listen.

I only put 2 TQ songs in there, but I have been playing TQ's new album almost non-stop It's the album of the year
