Surprisingly, the song was featured on the Head of State soundtrack starring Chris Rock...who is from NY. He even had Nate Dogg in the movie. I have been trying to find that song for a while now, but all I get is a poor dub that cuts off too early. I can't even find the damn soundtrack anywhere. Most of the movie has west coast cuts on it.

DJ Quik can do it.  He is the man and his music speaks volumes.  Pure west coast

The soundtrack was never released...LOL...It was originally supposed to be completely produced by DJ Quik, but I guess the movie had to be released, and the album wasn't done, so they scrapped it...That also explains why the full version only leaked recently.
