A drug addict can actually live quite long as long as he eats good. A good example is Herman Brood. You probably don't know him, but in Holland he's a legend. He had always been a drug addict and in his 50s he jumped off the Amstel hotel, one of the most famous hotels in Amsterdam.

Drugs can really fuck up your life. I know people who smoke pot and are fine (fine as drugs go), but i never got the appeal of doing hard drugs like heroin.
