Oh, I must have missed the part that said it was backwards compatible. I take what I said about it back. If it's just one more advancement, then it'll stick around until the next advancement comes along. I still don't think the DS exclusive games will make as much noise as the classic gameboy games did.

Sony PSP is better but it costs more and comes out later,n itll come out in March most likely,i dont think itll b next november

I will agree that the DS does look quite impressive, and I do hope it outsells the PSP.  However, if Nintendo doesn't start expanding its game library to include newer games, rather than its traditional franchises (Mario, Zelda, Resident Evil, etc.), then I think the PSP will outsell the DS in the long run.

I've never been a big fan of hand-helds, but I think it will be most interesting seeing Nintendo and Sony battle it out.  Everyone knows I'm a huge Xbox fan, but even if Microsoft came out with a hand-held, I definitely wouldn't get it....I'm a console gamer.

I was never a fan of handhelds, and HIGHLY doubt ill buy either of these.

I still think nintendo will dominate the handheld market, but sony wont crumble either.
