Ras Kass spits Lyrically amazing, he has a dope voice, hes got an amazing flow complimented by a rhyme scheme that varies from near every other emcee in the game. The topics he spits on are dope, he makes something for everyone. Beatwise hes been let down, but his beats are never awful. Just because Dre hasnt slapped his name on the beat doesnt mean a beat has no value.

I mostly agree, Ras Kass is among my top 10 rappers, BUT..

* His voice is average
* He can be TOO complex some times, even if you're a professor (Please don't tell me you understand everything Ras spits)
* He isn't connected in the game to sell units
* GOLDEN STATE PROJECT could be the BIG breakthrough..

Ras is pretty amazing lyrically, but yeah I admit sometimes he baffles me, lol, but if you do some rewinding it's usually easy to pick it up in a few listens. He gives you something to think about, which I can always appreciate. I don't think he has an average voice though, I could recognise Ras' voice anywhere, it's very distinctive I think.

I really dont care much for him, and I find him to be rather overrated. Sure, he's got lyrics for days, but thats about it. His flow is quite average, and he has little to no charisma. And on top of that, he's a racist, so he loses brownie points there....
