old opinon: Jay-Z sucks and is hella over rated
new opinon: dude is one of my favorite rappers, and "The Black Album" is perfect start to finish

old opinion: Biggie is wack besides "Big Poppa" & "Juicy"
new opinon: "Life After Death" has since become one of my favorite albums

I think this was mostly the opinion when he beefed with Nas, since WCC have 85% more Nas fans than Jay-Z fans..
And I also think most people respect him more after Blueprint & Black Album, after 2-3 more commercial albums in a row.

The most common opinion seems to be that he went too commercial, and slowed down his flow for the mainstream..


Let me add one more:

1st opinion: New Snoop Dogg album is wack, flows is garbage, sings more than raps, pop beats (Everyone agrees, except 5-6 posters with Snoop-influenced nicknames saying "I think the retail will be better", "There's some heaters on here" and "It's not finished yet".

2nd opinion: One of the aforementioned 5-6 posters makes new thread "New Snoop Dogg album totally rocks!!" where he praises "Snoop's amazing flow and wordplay" etc. (4-5 of aforementioned posters replies "Yeah, this forum is some hating ass bitches, Snoop is best", "It's near Doggystyle  Another classic", "same thing ya'll say about "drop it likes it hot" and now its the number 1 song! DUBCC AINT THE WESTCOAST NOR HIP HOP!!!" etc.)

naw it aint that. actually I forgot to mention Nas. I had a burned copy of "Stillmatic" for 2 years before I listened to it. I love that album now. I never gave dude a chance.

Old: Neptunes are plain wack
New: Neptunes ain't what they're hyped up to be, but they got their own style and sumtimes make good beats actually

Old: Three 6 Mafia is plain wack
New: Crunchy Black is plain wack, and none of them are genius rappers, but they can make a dope and unique sound even tho they used to be better way back and with Koop and Boo

jay-z does suck and is overrated

and both of biggies albums are good

New: JD ain't done shit for ages.

Old: Timbaland my favourite producer in non-Westcoast hiphop. His beats are INCREDIBLE.
New: Timbaland hasn't done a good beat since Aaliyah died. Not only his beats are nowhere close to what they were, but are straight wack.
