LOL, wow!! I remember it was 4th grade, and my friend just bought the CD. He lent it to me, and  this was the CD that got me into rap. I remember listening to Nate's verse in "Ain't No Fun" and flipping out, cause I had never heard such explicit shit on a song. My virgin ears were no more after this CD, and it still remains to me as the greatest CD in rap history

Great memories... I was 14 and the biggest hip-hop fan - spent all my pocket money (lol) on tapes and vinyl. Didn't have a CD player, just a walkman, so if I bought vinyl I had to put it on a blank tape to listen to walking home from school.

Remember how delayed the album was? People were tlking about it dropping all summer, then it was September... I got it in a little independent record shop on vinyl the day it came out; knew the guy behind the counter and he gave me a bunch of promotional stickers and shit that the label sent with the stock. I listened to nothing else for weeks and weeks after that. The vinyl is scratched to shit today - 'What's My Name' is barely listenable.

i was 18 years old and played hooky that day. lol. at 10 a.m. i was in front of my record store with my homie. i was the first one who picked up the album that day, bought the cd and the 12" (both with gz up hoes down on it, the 12" has next episode listed too, the cd not, was bit confused then). remember that day like it was yesterday.

btw i was a hugh nwa fan and i missed that day the chronic came out. so my homie called me that evening and he said i need to check that new dr. dre solo album. i was wtf? the next day i listened to it and was like DAMN!
