^ You take a pic of someone else naked lying on a stretcher and fix it up with Fat Joe's face.  Fat Joe has an ethnicity that gets confusing to people outside the race anyways, a man his size and his same ethnic background with a bald head would look nearly identical to someone from a different race.  Glad he's alright, though... picture looks EXACTLY like him to me.
