YET dont say ANYTHING ABOUT others like Brittany Spears or SHAQ making movies or even Madonna?

People say RAPPERS and Other Celebs are taking roles away
But most of their roles are WRITTEN FOR THEM SPECIFICALLY!!!!
MOST of the roles they play ARENT OPEN FOR Audition!

It depends. Usually rappers acts emulating a thug, a criminal, a dope dealer.. So they are doing what they do everyday. I'm not saying the are all criminals and drug dealers (0.1% is), but that's what they do everyday: they try to looks like criminals and drug dealers. So for them aint hard to act in a movie too, doing the same things they do everyday. I got no problems with that. The problem is when they use a rapper to act in different roles, and this rapper cant act. Ice Cube can act. 2Pac was a brilliant actor. Ice-T is a good actor. Jay-Z can act. But other ones like DMX (lol @ him acting)... they should be killed if they act again!

What credible actor has ever worked with Britany Spears or SHAQ? I can see why Samuel L Jackson would turn down a film with 50 because it is pretty obvious 50 will be terrible at acting.

But hes a comedy actor, so I don't think its the same thing, they can make bad actors look decent by being funny around them. Trying to do a serious movie alongside someone like 50 Cent is an entirely different proposition, and Samuel L probably feels that the credibility of the film will be put in jeopardy if they cast 50 alongside him.

Before Mark got into acting, he rapped, under the name "Marky Mark". He was pretty bad.
