Still high off their respective records, Snoop Dogg and The Game are set to grace the cover of XXL magazine's upcoming West Coast Resurrection March issue.

The issue's release also marks the 10th anniversary of the death of West Coast pioneer Eazy E. The issue also includes features on former rivals, DJ Quik and MC Eight; and an interview where Ras Kass speaks on life after prison. For the West Coast Resurrection special, XXL also teamed up with MTV2 to celebrate the "25 Greatest West Coast Videos" of all time. The list will be featured in an upcoming MTV2 special slated to air March 13

In his cover story, The Game discusses working with Dr. Dre, gangbanging, leaving his foster home and his father allegedly raping his sister.

"He never did a day in jail. My sister, to this day, has not changed her story from when she was 11," Game explained in the issue. "What am I gonna say to a girl that was raped by her own father? I would never want the details of that. I just always consoled her."

Meanwhile, Snoop Dogg also speaks on gang banging and his selling power.

"I can sell Snoop Degrills, the barbecue grills, so you can barbecue like Snoop Dogg. I can sell you the Snoop Dogg Rip Bikes, so you can get your roll on like Snoop Dogg. I can sell you Snoop Dogg Doggy Biscuits, so you can get your walk on like Snoop Dogg," Snoop offered. "It's like if everybody wants a piece, why not give it to 'em?'"

XXL magazine's special West Coast Resurrection March issue featuring Snoop Dogg and The Game hits newsstands March 1.

Man we discussed about it already. If the goal is to sell papers, then dont call it "Westcoast Resurrection". If you wanna really help to "resurrect" the West, then put new cats on the paper. The Game is ok, he's "fresh".. But put Crooked I, put Jayo Felony, put Sly Boogy, put The Regime, put something "fresh".. Shit even my grandmomma knows Snoop Doggy Dogg!! How can you resurrect the West like that? It's like putting Pac there.

It's like "resurrecting the South" with Scarface..
Or the Bay with E-40 & Too Short..
Or the East with Jay-Z and Nas..

P.S. To Lil Jay: i'm not dissing Snoop.

I'm looking forward to see this edition...XXL is a big magazine in today's Hip-Hop scene. Glad to see the West finally getting back in the spotlight 8)

GangstaBoogy

see this would be a perfect way to give another new west artist some shine. if it was Snoop, Game and...Crooked I, or Sly Boogie, or Ras Kass - people would be lookin out for that 3rd artist.

too bad theres so much west coast beef cuz it would be tight if Snoop, Game, Xzibit, and like 2 other west artist could be on the cover
