Quote from: Addicted To Beef on March 29, 2005, 12:32:44 AMthanks. warren g knows hes past his time already. doesnt seem to excited.his time aint past.only if he chooses it to be.yes, some listeners have moved on, but alot of us aint.we still support warren g's music career, even if some of ya'll dont feel the same way.he still got alot of support.warren said he'll be releasing one more album. he said it'll have the twinz on it, and the 5 footaz.and then after that he'll just be a producer , and maybe do guest appearances on ppl's albums, but no more solo albums after the upcoming one.but i think it will all depend on how successful this album will be. if it sells very well, then i doubt he'll quit releasin solo albums
his last album flopped coz it wasnt that good and it wasnt promoted properly.warren g might not have the fans he once did, but that can all change if he makes a hit again.he's made hits b4, and he can do it again.the mainstream fans will jump on whats hotif warren makes somethin hot, and it gets promoted properly, he could be a platinum artist again.the twinz are unkown to the mainstream but they could do well on the underground releasin independant records
Props on the interview Justin.Sort of ironic that Warren feels that not 'rolling with the punches' and refusing to allow the 213 project to pick up 'new flavours' would have ruined it...when actually nearly all fans believe that Warren G production would have done nothing but aided ''The Hardway''. Definitely sounds as though it wasn't his decision to make as to whether he was involved production-wise which is a huge disappointment although unsurprising. It is sad to say but he seems really uncaring in this interview. I don't think that he's particularly motivated at the moment at all and I bet he was just as disappointed with the outcome of 213 as we all were.
JUSTIN 4 PRESIDENT!!
