but i also dont agree that previous -unproven, unheard of- allegations should be made in front of the jury.
they should be tried on their own merits.

doesnt sound like justice to me..

even ** if ** MJ did it, and he goes down for it.. its still an unfair process right now

^ Don't believe all the hype.  There are 3 sets of allegations, and they've all surfaced before. 

The first was the boy in 93, everybody knows about that. 

The second was a maid, that same year, that worked for Jackson.  She claimed (in 93) that Michael molested her son in 1990... this was after Michael paid his settlement to the first boy.  Come on. 

The third is the current case.

The prosection is talking about '5 boys', but the last 3 all say Michael never did anything to them... the first is Macaulay Culkin, and then two other boys Michael has been friends with. 

All of these allegations are from a book, written by 5 former employees of Michael's.  They claimed (after Michael fired them) that they saw all kinds of shit happen over the years at Neverland, and their stories have been discounted for years.  The book isn't even available in America, called "I slept with Michael Jackson' or some shit like that.  Michael sued the publisher, and had the book blocked for sale here.

The 5 ex employees all sued Michael for wrongful termination, and lost in court.  Michael counter-sued for Libel, won, and all 5 employees filed bankruptcy. 


So here's your testimonys:

you've got the guy who psychologically assesed the first kid, in 93, testifying against Michael, about what the boy told him.

You've got the mother of the boy, testifying about what the boy told her. (she saw nothing, and hasn't seen her son in 13 years)

The boy himself refuses to testify.

Then you've got the maid from the second case, who claims she saw Michael do all kinds of shit.  This woman again, has been discounted several times over the years.  One intersting thing is that her story originally was that Michael rubbed her son with his clothes on; Hard Copy offered her a little extra money, and she then changed the story to say Michael put his hands down the boys pants... she sold her story to a tabloid in Brazil (where she moved) and added even more details. 

The maid's son is also testifying that he was molested (basically correlating his mother's story)...He testified the last two days, and said (while crying) that Michael would tickle him, then fondle his genitals, and he did it on 3 occasions over a period of a few years.  When asked details, he couldn't provide any, and the defense produced papers where the first time he talked to police (that contacted him, trying to mount a case in 1993 involving Jackson and the other boy), the first time he talked to police, he said the only time Michael had ever touched him was to tickle him.  He later told them Michael had 'molested' him.  He kept using the word "molested" on the witness stand, and the defense suggested that he had been told to use that word, which he denied.  He also claims he had no idea until a few days ago that his mom had been paid 20 grand by Hard Copy to talk on television about it.  He claimed after Michael played with him, he would stuff a 100 dollar bill down his pants and tell him not to tell his mom.  He denied that he ever had a meeting with cops who told him "isn't this how it happened", to which he replied "I'll have to work on that one"... which the defense claims happened in a meeting. 

The defense WAS able to provide a transcript of a interview the boy gave a few years ago.  The boy stated in the interview about the detectives that he talked to in 1993... "They made me come up with a lot more stuff. They kept pushing. I wanted to hit them in the head"  The boy denied he said that, but the defense showed him a transcript, and asked him if that refreshed his memory.  The boy replied no.

He was a very good witness for the prosecution, it basically comes down to 'he said, he said', whether you want to believe it happened, or that the mother & the son blackmailed Mike.

Next up, you have Macaulay Culkin, who will testify that Michael never molested him, even though the 5 former employees all claim that they saw Michael molest him.

There's two other boys, that will testify Michael never molested them, even though the 5 former employees claim that they saw Michael molest them, too.

Ultimately, this is the roughest part of the case for Michael.  The case on the current kid is weak, the case on the kid in 93 is weak because the kid won't testify, and the maid's son made a pretty convincing testimony.

Basically it comes down to: One witness seems at least believable that Michael molested him... so if you think Michael is a child molestor, then on this one witnesses strong testimony, you have to believe the other 2 boys testimony, even though they're weak and have discrepancies.  If you don't believe Michael's a child molestor, then you have children that have known him testifying that he isn't, and you have to believe the other 3 cases were lies.

We'll never know for sure, but the prosecution just had their strongest witness (even though he can't remember anything, is on record as saying the cops had him make things up, settled out of court for a huge sum of money, and initially denied to police that anything happened). 

That's the BEST witness... and he's not even a witness to the current case.  The prosecution is appearing to have this big huge case with all these witnesses, but each and every one of the witnesses has been proven to lie under oath, discredit their own stories, contradict themselves, and have all received money as a result of saying Michael Jackson is a pedophile.  On top of that, the Defense hasn't even started it's case yet, and you have a full gamut of people, children and adults, claiming that they never saw anything.

I think MaCaulay is key to this.  He spent years and years with Michael, and went everywhere with him.  On top of that, he was like the cutest kid in the world.  I don't know how pedophiles function, but you'd think if Michael was going to molest someone, that would be the kid he'd molest.  MaCaulay's adamant about saying that Michael never did or would do anything like that, though.

Matt Drudge just posted on his webpage that a juror was overheard talking about the witness from yesterday, during a break in testimony.  The witness is the boy who claimed Michael molested him while tickling him.  Anyways, Drudge claims that the juror was overheard saying by a Sky TV reporter "Oh Boo Hoo, Michael Jackson tickled me" and other jurors were laughing about it.  Apparently a couple of the jurors were laughing and even whispering to each other during the kid's testimony.

I guess maybe that says something about the mindframe of the jury right now.

all i know is that this mufucka is guilty wether he walks or not......theres too many people who have testified against him and some were really close to him.....why would they want to do that.......maybe one or two persons because they are jelous or for some money but not a shitload of persons who were close to you would do that.....

last shit i heard from micheal was that someone testified and said that they saw his ass in the shower with one of them boys and they also saw one of them kids drunk with him......

all you have is a bunch of people who have been proven in part to be trying to extort money from MJ.

the other cases give this claims a foundation.. but in reality if not one of them is proven.. they're all liars.

i'm not sticking up for MJ or dissing him..

Culkin is a recluse, like Michael himself, Elizabeth Taylor, Marlon Brando was (all Michael's friends), and has a phobia of public places.  He lives in and out of the country, and he doesn't want to testify.  It's becoming obvious, though, that he will have to testify to help Michael out, which I'm sure he'll do.  He's said repeatedly in interviews that nothing ever happened, but that he didn't want to get involved in it. 

His brother's never claimed he was molested, that's just purely fabricated.  His brother and his sister have both said the same thing as Macaulay, nothing ever happened.  On top of that, their dad, "Kit" Culkin who's the biggest asshole walking the planet... even HE says that Michael's a nice guy and never did anything out of line with his kids, all of whom stayed with Michael for years on and off.

Today one of Michael's fired security guards testified he saw Michael suck some kids dick in a whirlpool.  You know; with the door open, and then run around naked with the kid in the lawn area behind his house at midnight.  Yeah! That's how child molestors act!  They fuck kids outside by the pool and then run around by the peter pan statues, kissing them on the mouth.  At least that's what this guy claims.

So the defense starts to cross exam him, and he tells everybody about how after he was fired, he sued Michael for wrongful termination, and started selling stories of him seeing Michael molest children to tabloids around the world.  He then tells about how he lost the wrongful termination suit, and Michael sued him for Libel for the stories he sold; wins in court, and the man has a 1 million dollar settlement against him, so he files bankruptcy.  The Jury in that case found that he had stolen 25,000 dollars worth of Jewelry from Michael's house, and the Jury found that he had acted with "Malice and Fraud" against Michael... but HERE HE IS AS A PROSECUTION WITNESS!  Nevermind that a jury's already said he's a Fraud, and gave a 1 million dollar settlement to Michael AGAINST this lying motherfucker, lets pull him out and have him testify in front of a Jury designed to ruin what little bit of a life Michael Jackson has left.
He's also prohibited from selling his stories to U.S. papers... mainly because they've been proven false, inconsistant, and malicious time and time again. 


Am I the only one who sees how fucking SICK all this is?  This guys already been proven a fraud, already been proven that he's stolen from Michael, already been proven that he tells stories to tabloids depending on how big the payout is... but yet they pull him out, and he concocts a story about Michael giving a kid a blowjob in a bathroom by the pool.  Really man.  They expect us to believe that shit happened? 

Of course no charges were ever filed, even though the D.A.'s office knew about this 12 years ago.  Why?  ... because they know it's bullshit.  Here is a supposed Eye witness to sexual abuse, CHILD RAPE, and yet the D.A.'s office doesn't even file charges.

Dont you guys get the re-enactments dailly? Sky News does them daily and from the actors that play judge, witnesses, michael, attorneys etc... they do it to oscar nomination acting and i been watching daily. The jury mebers proably do know or have secretly been told that if they deliver guilty verdict and jacko gos to jail they can cash in with book deals, newspaper, magazine, tv interviews, films...you know the scenario MARTIN BASHIR PRESENTS THE JUROR WHO FOUND JACKSON GUILTY! HIS TRUE STORY NEVER TOLD BEFORE! EXCLUSIVE!

Imagine michael jackson in jail in solitary damn if he survives that lifestyle from rich superstar with bodygaurds, servants, maids, celberity freinds, mansions, luxury jest yachts, world tours, screaming fans etc...to being locked up in crummy cold cell wearing prison issued clothes where you he will be stared at like by other cons gaurds wardens like hes some sort of circus freak whos in thier world...Hell be a very sick old man...and what about his facial features n shit that wont get no specialist surgery treatment at all...

From what i seen and heard hes guilty as charged but to him it proably never seemed evil but normal for him.
