Before you make such claim at least back it up and not just type a sentence.  When Dre brought Storch in he was just a session keyboard player.  During 2001 he learned how to produce I bet and that is why his sound sounds a lot liek Dre's.  Dre told him what to do.

Scott Storch is now doing it better than dre! Its crazy to imagine that this happened, but i would prolly rather hear a Storch beat now. Props to Loco in the hook up spot for explosing tons of Storch produced tracks. They are all hot as fuck too!

He doesn't do it better than Dre, because they're not original.  Dre 'pioneered' that sound, so he'll always be the best at it, simply for that.  It's impossible for anybody to do it better because he's already the father of it. It's like saying "This Guy Writes Beethoven's Ninth Symphony Beter Than Beethoven Himself!" Scott wouldn't even be doing that style of production if Dre hadn't invented it.  It's all variations on Dre's theme.
