Agree with seer, Snoops been in our face since Doggystyle even when some of us didn't care; and still selling...hmmm, points for the westcoast period! cube would simply fit into the "best lyricist"/ "best delivery" catagory.

Me personally it's Quik because he's the best in both world's (Rapper/ Producer) and still making some noise. His recognition is still given in these hip hop mags and certain high profile artist.
