I think it's a spanish dance where they use those castanets (clicky things on your fingers)

ZZ top also had an album out with the same name

ur all wrong. fandango is where is the spot that lets u buy movie tickets in advance online. so u never have to worry about a movie selling out. quik and b real just wanna make sure they dont miss out on the new star wars opening this month.

He's definately talkin bout the dance definition since the words in the hook say "Fuck the tango, do the fandango" - the "tango" is another dance..
