Seeing MC Ren, Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, and Snoop Dogg spitten westcoast shit and Dre getting ready to produce a new NWA album made me think of could of been.  Ren/SNoop/Dre/Cube killin chronic 2001 style beats is too good


now Ren is no where, Cube having lil jon doing beats, Dre dont give a fukk aboiut NWA, but Snoop still reppin the west

Thats one of my fav songs of all time. All through the lyrics you can just tell their ready to make another album. DPG is one thing, but seeing those 5 getting back together would be way better.

Honestly I felt the hope too but I just let go of the past and just keep my ears open for the future; no expectations; no hopes up for failures anymore. Whatever comes, it comes. I do know the golden age for the westcoast is over. Right now is the souths golden age. Ain't nothing wrong with wondering though :)

"Chin Check" is a classic joint. Dre, Snoop, Ren & Cube on the same track? Damn...that and "Hello" are all the NWA album we got at the time. What "2001" beats ya'll think would be perfect for an NWA track? My picks are "Murder Ink" and "Bang Bang".

Not These Niggaz Again is an album that would have been a definite classic.

"Chin Check" and "Hello" are both CRAZY! The first time I heard those two songs I was amazed.

And I know Eazy is the Godfather and had beef with Snoop but I think no one could "fill-in" the spot better than the Dogg. His chemistry with the original members is perfect.

i always looked forward to an NWA reunion

i know you can't replace eazy....it wouldn't be the same NWA...blah  blah blah....

it all boils down to, what ever name Snoop, Dre, Cube and Ren would have went under... if it was Niggas With Attitude or fucking Girls Scouts With Attitudes....that shit would have been classic

lmao @ this. it didnt work out cuz they didnt have time, dont blame this on Dre alone. Cube had hella movies scheduled. Snoop had Dogghouse to run, and Dre had a lable and hella artist to produce. Mc Ren was supposed to come out with a dvd but I dont know what happened to that.

to be real im glad this didnt happen, Snoop disgraced the NWA name. if it was Dre/Cube/Ren I would've been rooting for it, but Snoop? he was the weakest link.

Though I very much like Snoop as the 4th NWA member on 'Chin Check' (and isn't he saying that little 'what?' on 'Hello' too??) I think they should have taken someone from Compton instead. It might have been Quik but perhaps rather someone who was more affiliated with NWA back in the day? What about CPO?

it was gonna be nice to have a legendary west coast group
it would been the closest to NWA
too bad it didnt happend
too much ego is involved
dre runnin a growing label at the time
cube doin multi million movie contracts
snoop trying to get his label started, just got off no limit, wanna be his own boss....etc
out of all of them i think ren was the only 1 ready to put it down

i thought they were going to come out with a NWA album but time past bye and it never happend,DAMN!!...
