Bakersfield is Sur homie, i'm 30 mins north of Bakersfield in a city called Delano.  Delano and up is Norte and anything below is Sur.

bakersfield is actually the border of noth and south, we're considered south though (sureno or sur or 13) anything above bako is considered norteno
