There was a reported "Hit" on all Blacks on Cinco De Mayo (May 5th). Since then, a lot of people in the STREETS have been blowing it out of proportion, using it as a reason to fight.

The Freeway shootings, the fighting at schools and everything else is slowly but surely becoming connected with this "war." Ain't nobody trying to blow this outta proportion, we're letting it be known. YES there ARE situations going on. YES it IS deeper than you know.
