Dre needs to start a new label and oversee more cali projects before he has another "presents the aftermath". imagine if he brought back hittman, maybe yuk, guerilla black, strictly cali cats. sure he isnt the only producer but he captures the most attention. if he were to round up everyone in cali that holds weight, the west would come back for real.

i do agree that dre should do more work with west coast artists
but if u think about it he always showed love for whoever was on a major
kurupt, rass kass and xzibit...

I think after the year 2001, Dre started focusing more on his own artists and stopped doing so many collaborations with dudes from the West. Think about it, during that year, he worked with:

Snoop Dogg, Knoc-Turn'al, Warren G, Nate Dogg, Mack 10, DJ Quik, 40 Glocc, Xzibit...

Then once 50 signed, Dre put more energy into him for obvious reasons. 1) to create a new superstar, which he did and 2) to make a shitload of money, which he did again. Honestly, I'd love nothing more than for Dre to produce for artists like 213, DPG & them, but in reality, Dre's got his own thing going without them. As far as the West Coast goes, Dre only fucks with Nate Dogg on a regular basis, along with Game and I'm positive him & Snoop will cook up some shit for Detox. That's good enough for me.

exactly, dre done proved EVERYTHING.  HE has made millions of dollars, I highly doubt he is hurting for cash.  he needs to give back to his real fans what they want, the ones who supported him when he was a nobody.  not the fans that hop on a bandwagon and listen to everything thats trendy and crackin, although thats what I do now cuz I wanna be cool.
