Kokanee is dope.
but he most definately sounds awful on 'Stacey Adams' or 'Rimz & Tyres'.
I've been on this forum for only a couples of weeks, and I already saw some Kokane haters. I'm from Canada (Quebec), and I was wondering why, you people (who live on the west coast) do not like Kokane as much as us here in my city. Shit you got the most original artist in the game next door and you all hatting on him.Tell me why, or please if there some Kokane lovers in this forum please holla at me coz i'm tripping out.PS: Fuck any Kokane/G-Unit association
I gotta respect his own style and I liked "Funk upon a rhyme" and "They call me Mr. Kane" even more... but his singing can get really annoying at times to me too. I like his music, but his not one of my faves...Has anyone heard his new album, is it worth buying? Haven't had a chance to hear it...

I'm also from Quebec and I can safely say that there are very few people who like, let alone know about Kokane over here. Quebec doesn't have much of a westcoast following.I like a lot of Kokane's work but nothing beats the stuff he was putting out with Ruthless Records. Now, I just mostly find him irritating.

Holy moly, how can you like They Call Me Mr. Kane better than Funk Upon a Rhyme? Anyway, yeah the newest record is definately worth getting. It has some old pre-released tracks on it, but also alot of left-overs from the never-released "It's Kokane Not Lemon-Head" record. Great CD
