1. Rakim - Cuz he never fell off LYRICALLY, but production wise he had some bad luck, thats all and the production is not Rah´s part, so i say Rakim Allah!!! + OMG is already a classic and it hasnt even been released!

2. Eminem - Believe it or not, but my second best rapper of all time is Em, cuz he have 3 DOPE albums out and he never fell off and i dont think he will ever, we should have noticed that by now. the man just gets better and better!

3. Biggie Smalls (R.I.P) - Did have his own special flow and he could change from str8 up RAW shit to deep shit that blew your mind away...

4. 2Pac (R.I.P) Everyones top 5 should include 2Pac, he was the greatest around -96 and he only got better and better. Me Against The World, All Eyez On Me & The 7 day theory are all classics.
He died with the pride he deserved...

Thats my top 4, the 5th spot goes to: Xzibit, Raskass, Death Row Kurupt & Snoop Doggy Dogg (Notice the "Doggy-part")

if snoop could rap like death row snoop doggy dogg i would vote for snoop...i dont care for biggie..his voice sounds like he is choking on his fat or something.......2pac is not only the best rapper of all time but the best in the music industry

Because of his story telling abilities and all the emotion he puts into his songs....for these reasons, no rapper will ever be able to touch Tupac.
