I would even say his is the best MC on the West.

The track he did with Focus 'I Dont Think So' how Phat is that.
It got me thinking Focus is on Aftermath right? So Im guesing Dre has heard that track
Why dont he sign KAM to Aftermath ?

I know he likes to work with new artists But the people he working with at the minute
aint on KAM's level.
Maybe his political views aint marketable or something

and he already knows that bein signed to a hot label alone is not a guarantee to sell some records coz his album with Lench Mob Records only sold like 250k. i think he should do the damn thing with an independent label or a smaller west coast based label like Treacherous(if they actually release any of their albums). and bein signed to Interscope i think he would be forced to do more joints like Killa instead of joints like I Donīt Think So. now aint nuthin wrong with Killa but the lyrical content displayed on that song is not what Kam does the best. heīs at his best when heīs dropping hardcore political songs.

Yeah, unfortunately that's the only explanation. If Kam would sign to the Math, he'd (most likely) have to make a tight club song as a first single. Now, to quote KAM: "Should I floss with my peers? Is that what mothafuckers who's struggling really wanna hear?" I'm pretty sure that if they offered a half a mill to Kam for making that track, he still wouldn't do it...

The only way I see Dre offering Kam a contract, is when Dre (and Jimmy) take a "risk" and let Kam make his album like he always does: songs with a message in them, political topics, "attacking" the industry, or just talking about how he grew up...but definitely not the typical G-Unit/Aftermath/Interscope stuff to sell records: cars, clothes, jewelry & women

As long as they won't take that risk, I don't even get my hopes up that he'd ever be signed to Aftermath...
And yeah, perhaps a label like Treacherous would be good. Who knows? They still have to prove themselves though: Crooked I & Jayo Felony are their first 2 "big" artists coming out on their label, so it'll be interesting to see how they'll handle it.

In my opinion, Kam is in my top 3 of all time favorite rappers. Dude always be on that political tip, waking people the fuck up about whats really going on. yeah once again I 100 % agree sometimes is waaay too political but on the other hand only him do that very well  just like paris they both on the same line so Kam+Paris gathered pff  its just a dream comin true  lolol

I mean....that album in a way was commercial, as far as the production, but he didn't ever say anything to contradict himself, and he was still talkin bout some of the same shit. "oh shit yeah right there thas it" was a bit commercial but it wasn't like he was rappin bout bullshit, everybody likes talkin bout females, nothin wrong with that. But like "where I come from" was radio ready as hell, but he was still spittin real shit about his hood and how shit goes, so it wasn't bullshit.
