I really hate to say this, but "Hate it or Love it" is pretty near this top 5.  Damn I hate 50 cent, but shit this song is so good.

The Game - Westside Story (the song leaked 2 the net in '04, but the album was released '05)
Snoop Dogg - Bang Out/ Oh No (both were tight songs, can't choose)
