Anyone Here Not Really a 2Pac Fan?

I agree with Criminal - I was a huge fan when I was younger, and have got all his CDs. But at the end of the day, I think his legacy has been diluted since he died with all the posthumous releases. I played Until The End of Time for the first time in months and months yesterday, and thought it was well below average - too many of the tracks put out since his death have been sub-standard stuff that Pac himself probably wouldn't have wanted to see the light of day, and its pretty difficult to get excited about bumping that shit six years on...

So in answer to the question, no - nowadays I wouldn't consider myself a 'fan'.  But RIP all the same, 'cause if he were still alive today and putting out his best quality work, I'm sure I would be saying the opposite.

He's my all time fav. too, I consider him the G.O.A.T. I've been a big fan ever since he dropped "Strictly For My N.I.G.G.A.Z". My brother was a bit of a fan before me so thats how I picked up on him. I'd say 'Pac's material is prolly the music i've listened to most throughout my life, I don't think there's a week that goes by that I don't listen to his music, prolly because there's something in his music that suits every occasion. I also found him as great a person as a muscian too, he was really interesting, looking back at the many interviews he's did in the past he always had something meaninful to say.

Thats pretty much the same for me. I have mad respect for Pac and some of the shit he stood for. Eventhough I have respect for Pac & his legacy I still agree with ya Suga Foot: He was the biggest prick right before he died.

I find I don't listen to Pac as much as others cause you have to think more with his stuff.  

I think his acting skills are overshadowed by his music a lot as well.

I liked some tracks but I've never liked the productions of his songs.
When I listen to his music I'm tired of it very quick.
When I compare this to Dre I gotta say I listen to Dre every day although he made only 2 solo albums.

I Love Pac he is my all time favorite Rapper and but i Love Dre and i think that Dre is in that same league as Pac he revolutionized the industry He is arguably the greatest producer ever for any genre and i think he is my all time favorite artist but pac is my all time favorite Rapper.  and as for you saying that Dre dont write his own shit is like saying that Pac dont produce his own shit. the both the best at what they do! i hope this shit dont happend but when it does and Dre dies you all will have the same kinda feeling about him as you do about Pac anybody who says any of these two artist suck you really need to get that ear wax out your ears and listen

I gotta say I luv pac's music he is my favourite artist and I listen to him everyday.

And continue too listen too his shit, after I hear all these new albums comin out i bump them n there cool but then its straight back too pac's music.

I can see how people say you have too be in the right mood too listen too pac. Like if im trying to do work on some assignment for school/college  then there is NO way i can listen to pac an focus on my work at the same time, its impossible for me, my mind just focuses on pacs lyrics n what he is trying too say.

No need to speak for anybody, as 'Pac could if he was alive and what not, but in the end, people ate it up. That's like saying Eminem is annoying now, it sells, people love it so it's him. I remember everything that pissed people off, I was loving. 'Pac was the closest thing I've seen to Jesus it seemed, no lie, in California. People followed him and his words. So all that prick stuff, was what attracted his Cali following and sold. What people are saying, cool. But in the end of the day, 'Pac is the G.O.A.T. Source says Biggie, BET says 'Pac. The debate lives another day, but I think it is true, the post-death stuff does delute peoples views on him, but his true fans remember the greatest to ever hold a mic. But to each his own, I can't make you 'Pac fans by no means.
