btw.. I write NT Drivers  (amongst other things) for a living.. and i'd much rather host on un*x apache.

Apache under *nix is what's vulnerable cause of its memory management. NT does the I/O different to everything else, hence that's why its not vulnerable. Currently the only exploit public for it is for OpenBSD, while the ones for Linux, FreeBSD exist, they're just not made public, yet
