how could anyone not say x-raided is the best incarcerated rapper?....without a doubt its x-loc...hes made so many tight albums from jail...shyne aint done shit....fatal aint done shit...spm aint done shit...for the exception of odb and mac dre no one else has rapper from behind bars....so with that said X-RAIDED!!!...number 1...btw what is shabam sahdeeq in for?....
