What does C.P.T stand for?

U hear Eazy E usin it all the time (When he was alive), as well as many other rappers. I always figured it was some type of abreviation for Compton, but could someone clear this up for me? Thanx!

2) (n) Short for "Colored People Time"; being late.
3) (n) Phonebook abbreviation for Compton.
4) (n) Colored People's Time.
