Snoop on NY Radio this morning...
« on: June 12, 2002, 06:41:45 AM »
Snoop was on the Ed Lover and Dre show this morning along with Daz and Mr. Kane...I only caught the last 30 minutes but they were promoting the Doggystyle all stars album which comes out on August 13...Ed Lover asked Daz about the Kurupt situation and Daz said it was a dumb move and Kurupt being the first to leave Death Row and the first dummy to go back...Snoop then clowned Kurupt saying some people just like being shoved to their knees or some shit like that which had me cracking up...At the end of the show Snoop, Daz and Mr. Kane busted a tight freestyle...

hmm....i can see why they are clowning kurupt, but maybe everyone should just put that shit behind them and focus on making music...
its fuckin sweet to see snoop and daz together nowadays...if only kurupt didnt jump ship we could have a bomb ass doggpiund album all over again....
i think when its all said and done, kurupt may have some regrets, and snoop and daz will be holding it down doin there thing...
only time will tell tho

They were asked about Kurupt and they responded.  This wasnt like a Suge interview where Suge asks his own questions and always ends up dissing Dre and Snoop.

It sucks to see Kurupt get ragged on by Snop and Daz, and the rest of the DPG family.  Kurupt just made a move so he can be more financially stable.  Snoop wasn't putting Kurupt on any of his shit, and Daz was keeping the majority of the money he made from the Gotti/Dillinger album.  Kurupt's album was a shot at commercial fame but it was a flop.  So Kurupt did the best thing he thought he can do for Kurupt, and that was go back to Tha Row.  Thta's just how I see it.

They should respect Kurupt's move.  Shit, Snoop is STILL working with Tha Row, and still getting money from them.  So is Daz, when he got money off Dogg Pound 2002.  They didn't bitch when they got free money, but htey bitch when one of their own needs money, and makes a move for himself. Crazy shit.

Yo, sometimes the road to the truth is, so elusive it's confusin
And reality becomes illusion
If I showed the masses where we was at or where we was goin
I'd shatter the social balance of the world as we know it
I'm talkin bout the grand deception, of 1947
When our souls were sold to the heavens
for technologically advanced weapons
Crystal enhanced, brain implants, and mind control methods
MJ-12 is not majestic

People don't understand that Kurupt is being more professional and mature and at the same time he is taking care of his business financially. Snoop & Daz acting like children but yet, they continue to be pimped for their money. At least Kurupt is trying to better his situation.

But to you people on the board, its all trivial shit like "keepin' it down for the homies" that you guys are trying to keep alive. Face it guys; its over. These MEN arent kids andy more, they're 30 year olds with families to feed.

I agree with what u both said.  They r grown up with families, and Snoop and Daz need to stop acting like 4 year old bitches and accept that Kurupt has moved on, and do their own thing, while Kurupt does his.
