yeah there is a slim chance that happened....but it could have. now since 54% of rapes go unreported, that slims your chance even more. if it was reported, then you could bet that if the cop that pulled you over was in the area or the reported rape he would have went and checked it out

i've been pulled over and had the cop write the ticket and before it was done he got called away for a robbery... he didn't finish the ticket, he tossed it out, said i can go and sped off to where ever.
