there was an interview with hittman awhile back, and he said that track was recorded, and rakim came off like it was lyrics of fury part 8 but it hasnt released at all, its a possibilty it may be on ra's album oh my god, but i dont know anybody or heard from anybodt that heard that track....peace

Yup, "The Watcher Part II" - Produced by Dre & Mel.  Hittman is on the hook.  He said this himself.  I can see this as the opening to "OH MY GOD," but with Hitt gone that could change or someone else will take his place.
