would u consider Ice Cube an "A-Actor"?

I watched a interview with Cube durnig his promotion of "Are We There Yet?", and then he said that his dream was to become a A-Actor, and he now considered himself to be a "B+ actor" on the rise, and that he eventually will become a "real actor"..

after makin xxx2, do u think we can label him as an a-actor now?

i think he is the best rapper turned actor.. oh well, maybe will smith is better..  :laugh:

no not an A- Actor, A-actors are like Tom Cruise, Bruce Willis, people like that. Ice Cube has made many movies, but he isnt a factor like other actors.

An A actor? Hell no. He's far from an impressive actor, even though he usually plays his part pretty well... I haven't seen any amazing acting from him so far. But well, that goes for no rapper-turned-actor. He may be the best rapper-turned-actor though. Up there with Will Smith and Queen Latifah.

no, will smith kinda is (by far the best rapper turned actor), but that depends on what you define as an 'a-actor'

he's not an A-List for me I think that belongs to people like Tom Hanks, DeNiro, Pacino, Washington, etc.  He is one of the top rapper/actors for sure though.  For the most part his roles are similar.  Like mentioned earlier the best rapper turned actors have been Will Smith and Queen latifah.  B-Actor and even that is being generous.  I might put him as an A-level rapper/actor though.

Yea definitely a B actor. I donno if he could play any diff. roles, but if so, it would be against his image and nobody would ever take him serious on a rap record even if it is just actin. He's pretty good at doin the hard ass roles but that's about it

i used to think so, but it aint hard for ice cube to be ice cube, and thats all he is in evry movie ice cube, so i would have to say no, not even a b-list actor. probably the best rapper turned actor besides will smith is mos def
