Do you mean the time traval theroy in general or that guys one that The Watcher posted? According to that guys theroy the island is in a time loop of 1996. If this is the case how does the dead docter wash up on the island when he's not yet killed in the future

yes there actually is.. they got an extra hour this season, so we have part 1 of the finale this week and then part 2&3 next (2 weeks from now)..

correct, there's 3 episodes left this season, last one will be a double ep

as for the dead body washing up.. if you die off the island and arrive on the island, you're still dead. however if you make it to the island when you're alive, then you're guaranteed to live up until the point in the timeline where the past catches up with the present as explained in that link
