because releasing bullshit compilations won´t cost him anything really coz he owns these songs so he doesn´t have to pay anyone or nothing. so if these shits sells over 10k Suge will make a profit without spending any money. is pretty simple coz if he would´ve released Crook´s or East´s albums who owned their own publishing etc he´d have to pay them and he´d have to pay for videos,advertising etc etc.
