Sooo...I finally got Trauma

God damn this is a dope ass cd. Man, I got this shit last night. The HMV at Yorkdale ordered me a copy Import like 3 weeks ago and it came in.

Overall, this cd is dope and bangs consistently all the way through. The production was dope as always, and Quiks vocals were crazy.
Only complaint about this album is some of the hooks were average. There were tracks that wouldve been craazzzy if the hooks were better. (Catch 22, Get Down <--- dat boy Chingy can flow when he wants!)

been drivin like an OAP since i put dylan in there.. lol..

anyone put it in their ride yet? some cd's shine brighter in the ride, or at home.. or in the club..

Was surprised when I popped it in when it came out...after listenin to Under The Influence, I thought Quik had lost his flavor in music....but damn Trauma is bomb.

Tha production on this album is just perfect..."Get Up", "Ladies & Thugs", "California", & "Get Down" are dope when it comes to tha bass...I had "Get Up" bumpin' real loud on tha way home from class, it's hard not to when you put it on...this album & Mack 10's are my favorite albums this half of tha year so far...Dogg Pound's album is probably gonna be my 3rd favorite when it drops too...

^True on that...to me this year's been a dope year for tha West's material overall (even though sales have been low) & I'm sure next year will be even better...

it's definetly a whip cd, my friends thought i got subs fitted when i was pumpin it down the street...

and yeah if the hook was a bit better then 'get down' would be a 10/10 track... just too much electric guitar for me...

you need to buy that shit... get both safen sound and trauma... seriously its worth the quality in sound difference... whats $30 for weeks of entertainment, plus long-term investment ? you goto be crazy not to buy a cd you like...
