Emilio Juarez is a young man whose love of classic cars and mechanical ability gets him involved in the low-riding scene that he's never been a part of and ultimately dominates. Noel G always plays Hector... LOL. Either way, his character never changes, Mack 10 CANNOT act, Wilmer Valderrama as a gangster? After watching punked and how he did NOTHING when that dude Hits was smashing his car, I'll never believe it. Nelly acts?

If I do watch it, it'll be to see Meagan Good. How they got Larenz Tate in this, I'll never know.
