I wouldn't buy it if you could help it. You obviously don't know much about body repair, so if there's any rust at all it'd be bad news for someone like you (no slam, just being realistic here). My brothers and I do body repair all the time on our own cars, so to us it doesn't really matter if the whole fucking car is rusted out or not, usually it can be fixed with time and a little effort... it really isn't even that expensive if you do the work yourself. It's extremely expensive if you have to have someone else do it, though, because of all the labor. There's two ways of fixing it, you can grind all the old rust out and just fill the holes in with bondo, or you can do it the right way and grind all the rust out, and replace the missing steel with new steel. I've seen guys that are so good at it, that they can put a patch panel in like that, and use no body filler at all, just a file and have the thing ready for primer, block sanding, and paint with no filler. That's incredible to me.
im guessin u live in a city where its snows and salt is on the grown most of the time? or atleast the thats a type of place that car is from. the best places to buy cars is either texas, california, or nevada

my car began that shit last year, i bought sand paper and painted it after brushing that shit off. Peeps are right, dont buy it, even if u removed it like i did, it'll be back in 2 years or less
