Proof of Eminem’s rap crew D12 has revealed that the group are set to drop a new album next year. He said that the crew were too busy to fit in any studio time until early 2003.

‘If you think about it, we got the new Shady album coming out in May, a tour for it from July until September, the movie (8 Mile) coming out in September,’ he declared. ‘We're all over that soundtrack.’

Proof said that he hoped 2003 would also see the release of his debut solo album. ‘The album is called Searching For Jerry Garcia and I've started working on it already,’ he said. ‘The album will feature Nelly Furtado, Mike from Linkin Park, The Gorillaz, 7 Dust and of course D12.’

He went on to reveal that the new Eminem album would showcase a more mature side to the rapper. ‘Expect the same stuff Eminem has bought in the past, just a lot more mature,’ said Proof. ‘If you think Eminem has spoken on every topic you can think of, he brings some new ones. The skills and the talent are even more evident on this one.’

Proof added that the album wasn’t heavy on guest rappers: ‘The only guest spots are Obie Trice, D12 and Nate Dogg. No one else. There's also a lot more diss tracks on there. But I can't tell you who, that's a surprise.’

Eminems disses was funny in the begining, but all his fake disses gets booring after a while, look at "Devils Night", the whole CD was dedecated to pop stars..

but like Dre said, he will be more serious this time... so hopefully the disses wont be so fucked..

I heard he's dissing Moby on the new album.  Moby was the one trying to call Eminem a fag because he performed with Elton John, and Moby's always got something negetive to say in a magazine about Em.

i read about proof's solo album in a magazine. bayside entertainment distibution said they were talking with him about some distibution.

Well.... Bizarre was in Bubba's video, and Timberland is Dre's biggest dickrider, so I don't think Em will go after Bubba.
