His Charisma Ooozed Mainly Thanks To The Press, Pac Cared And Fought For Things With A Passion. It Was Clear To See (Again Thanks To The Media) His Views On Things And How He Felt

Both are two of the most charasmatic rappers ever. 'Pac was more interesting than Snoop imo, but Snoop is hella funny. It's hard to choose between them but me being me i'm gonna have to go with 'Pac

Pac is more outspoken....to where Snoop Is flamboyant and flashy.

In A club Pac would attract the chick's like a magnet.

I would agree with yall too... to me, Pac was charismatic, but alot of it was over the top, him being flamboyant.  That's a perfect word for it.  Snoop is probably one of the coldest cats to ever walk the earth, he's just straight up cool.
