I was very unsure if i should count him as a west coast rapper, but the fact that he started his carear with Ice-T's rhyme syndicate kinda got me accepting him

well it's a completely different thing what eminem said ("nigger", "black girls are bitches, they only what your money") and what them is saying when refering to everybody and they moma (including themselves) as "nigga" as a synonym for "dude" or whatever else you could say.

Most blacks who say nigga all the time call whites and every other race niggas too, people = niggas to them (for example MOP, Yukmouth.. ) so it's no wonder that whites who grow up around these people look at it the same way and have the same habbit.

And when they write lyrics they write the way they talk..

To me it's pathetic when people who are not used to saying it start saying it on wax just to sound hard or whatever. When a black dude who didn't grow up in that kinda environment and was never used to saying it starts saying nigga in every other line when he's rappin I think that's worse than when a white dude like C.O.S. who grew up around blacks is saying it cause he's used to talkin like that.    cause saying nigga can't make anybody a racist, it can only make them wannabes.

great argument 

The white people we are talkin about are rappers who sell recordings of themselves saying nigga. They live on the garden blocc, hang around blacks all the time, say it in front of em.  "when no one is around like when your on the internet" ?  not exactly.

They don't wanna be black, to them being a "nigga" is not a matter of skin color / race. The blacks around them think the same way and that sure isn't a sac town phenomenon, mop from brownsville for example look at it the same way so it doesn't seem to be uncommon.
