By now, you should be familiar with the name Young De - either as a member of Tangled Thoughts, as a protege of Kurupt, B-Real, and Damizza, or as simply "that dude who downed a whole bottle of Patron - twice!" In any event, you're going to hear a lot more from De in the near future, as he is now the host of Dubcnn's first official Radio Show!

The name of the program is "Coming Up With Young De," and it is hosted by De, along with Eddie of Dubcnn.com. Each week, you can look forward to hearing plenty of exclusive music from De and the Tangled Thoughts camp, as well as some other favorite songs that we've recently dropped on Dubcnn.

You'll also get an inside look at De's new street album "Audio Hustlaz Volume 1," which will be dropping for free download on Dubcnn in January. We'll discuss everything from working with artists like B-Real, Damizza, Kurupt, and Ca$his to adjusting to life as a rising star in California. We'll hold nothing back, as this show is 100% Uncensored! We play whatever we want to, so that means there's gonna be nothing but West Coast heat on the playlist. Also expect some very special surprise guest hosts to drop by the show in upcoming weeks!

Alright, I'm only about halfway through the show, but I think it's safe to say that you're on to something here. The concept works 100%. The only negative thing I have to say is that the "over the phone" audio quality is a bit hard on your ears after a while. But the shit's free, the music bumps and it's an excellent way to get a good taste on some new music, so I'm not complaining.

I gathered that this is a Young De thing, right? 'Cause I sure wouldn't mind hearing shows with other artists as well. I think Eddie + weekly/monthly/whatever guest could really well too. Don't get me wrong, this Young De situation is fine. But I think it would help jump the whole "DubCNN radio" thing off if you had shows dedicated to other artists as well.

One thing I'll say for sure: keep these coming.
